Ingredients:

Organic wheat flour*, salt, organic barley malt flour*

*100% certified organic

What you need:

• Pizza baking mix (1 box)
• 2 tsp olive oil
• 1 ¼ cups (300ml) of water (72-75°F)
• 1 packet of included dried yeast (7 grams)

How to make it:

1. Add the water, pizza baking mix, olive oil, and dried yeast into a mixing bowl. Knead the dough slowly for 2 minutes, then a little faster for 8 minutes.
2. Put the dough onto a lightly floured work surface and divide it into 3 equal pieces.
3. Shape the dough pieces into balls, cover them with a tea towel, and let them rise for 30 minutes.*
4. Preheat the oven to 430°F and place an empty heatproof container at the bottom of the oven.
5. After the dough has risen, flatten each ball gently to the desired thickness.
6. Spread the pizza bases with tomato sauce and top with your preferred ingredients (cheese, olives, ham, etc.).
7. Pour ½ cup of water into the heatproof container in the oven.
8. Place the pizza(s) in the oven, positioned above the heatproof container.
9. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
10. Be careful of the hot steam when opening the oven.

*Tip: You can also make the dough and let it rise in the fridge in a sealed container brushed with olive oil for 24-48 hours before baking.
